As you can see, our snow is gone. That one snowstorm was the only “big” snowstorm we had. We had some really warm days at the beginning of March and the snow just vanished.
The Sheboygan River is starting to melt slowly, too. Picture was taken 3-17-15. Tomorrow, the temp is only supposed to be in the 30s.
Emily is busy repainting her bedroom. It’s been quite a project. All of her stuff is in the living room! Plus, she just got a new mattress and box spring delivered today, but she can’t put them on her bed until she gets her room back together, probably sometime on Friday. I can actually get to the loveseat, to sit and knit while watching videos on my iPad.
We got about 2-3 inches of snow the other day. It was kind of a bust. The snow didn’t start falling as soon as they thought it would, so we didn’t get as much. Tonight, we got about another inch. We keep getting little bits all the time!
Satellite Pics of Snow Cover now vs a year ago
Last year, we were in the 60s, so our little bit of snow just disappeared. On February 26-27, we got 15-17 inches of snow in east central WI. It is still very much present, although melting slowly. These satellite pictures are quite different from each other!
Argh, the pictures don’t exist at that link anymore.
On Wednesday night, January 30, 2013, all activities are cancelled. That includes worship, confirmation and choir rehearsal.
