It already feels like winter and we’ve already had a touch of snow here and there. Tomorrow, we are supposed to get 4-7 inches and they say it will be “lake-enhanced” snow, so that could mean we get more, but they don’t always know. We’ll just have to see what tomorrow brings.
We had such pretty colors this past fall. The colors just went on and on and on. From the first trees that changed, to the last trees that changed, it felt like we weeks and weeks of reds, yellows and oranges.
I’m so behind on taking pictures of dishcloths and also getting them knit! LOL!! I need to spend some more time actually knitting, rather than looking at Facebook and Twitter! One of the cooler ones we did recently was an illusion snowflake in blue and white! When you look at it straight-on, it’s hard to see the snowflake, but look at an angle, and you can see it then!
Can’t wait until the end of the month to start a dishcloth for the Ravellenic games. It’s a pattern that has intrigued me for a long time, so I’m finally going to make it. It’s the double lattice cloth from I can’t wait
Can’t wait until the end of the month to start a dishcloth for the Ravellenic games. It’s a pattern that has intrigued me for a long time, so I’m finally going to make it. It’s the double lattice cloth from smariek. I can’t wait! It’s part of a big knitting/crocheting/spinning event to correspond with the Big Games in London, at the end of July. http://www.ravelry.com
I belong to Monthly Dishcloth KAL group on Yahoo. We do two dishcloths a month. I’ve been remiss about posting pictures. These are the first 6 dishcloths of the year! Plus I knit a few others, too. Will post pictures of those soon. I like doing dishcloths, because they are short projects!
