Emily and I carved our pumpkins tonight, after a trip to the library and a trip to the grocery store. She did the cat, on the left and I did a traditional jack-o-lantern face. Then it took us a while to figure out the best way to take a picture. We had to look on the internet, to figure out how to use the self-timer. A TV tray with a book served well, in the absence of a tripod. Then we figured out we had to move the music, from the rack on the piano and cover up the piano keys. It was a learning process. So, we are all ready for trick-or-treat now, even though we hardly get any kids.
I finished the 4th out of 5 dishcloths tonight! Yay! I can’t wait to get the 5th one started, because it’s in bright colors. I’ll take pictures tomorrow. I’ve just run out of day and I’d like to knit a little more yet.

Hi Dawn. You and Emily did great on those pumpkin carvings. Happy Halloween!
