When I start a sock, I always knit about 3 rows "flat" instead of round. It makes it easier for me to join then. When I'm finished, I just weave those few rows together with my starting tail. You can't even tell. And anyone who looks *that* closely at my sock on my leg is just too weird to be around!! LOL!! I LOVE the dishclothe!
